Telephone consultation is available everyday between 10 am and 10 pm, and is accessible from anywhere within Japan.
Besides Japanese, the service is also available in English, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese, Nepali, Indonesian and the other languages. The available languages vary depending on time.

3. From now onward through chat
If you would like to get information on how to deal with problems mentioned above you can consult with us through chat as well. This is our new feature for consultation where you can write in to us about your problem via chat from now onward.
